Emergency Mode
In the near and short-sighted future, all road vehicles are run by AI. Unfortunately, cutbacks mean we've sacked the entire quality control department. As a result, our cars are liable to lock at full throttle. When this happens, Emergency Mode is activated. You must steer clear of any danger during the allotted time.
In this game your task to guide a car to it's destination but it's stuck on full throttle. Use the left and write arrow keys, or A and D to steer it to safety within the time limit. There are 10 levels of frustrating jank car physics to beat.
Emergency Mode was made in about 2 weeks for the BigMode game jam. The initial plan was to drive multiple types of vehicles all with some mechanical failure, but I didn't have enough time to see it through. Despite it's obvious and slightly embarrassing childish amateurism, I'm basically happy with how it turned out.
