A pond with some hungry and slightly melancholy ducks. Built for Untitled Game Jam.

Instructions for your pond:

  • Press on the water to feed the ducks.
  • Press on the nest for a duck to lay eggs.
  • Press on a duck for duck facts.

This game is pond simulator. Ducks swim about, looking for food, and nesting opportunities. Calling this game is a bit of a stretch, but more of a prototype of an isometric web game with a 3D asset development pipeline.


I wasn't really sure what to do the theme of the ducks, but I knew I wanted to play with some isometric projections. So I made a duck model and a basic map and hoped the game would arrive in the process. Unforuntately, I don't think it did, but given more time I think there's something here. I'd like to add some zycoon dynamics and have bread as a currency. If I had a few more days I'd have implemented human pond visitors that would throw bread, and then added optional clothing accessories to ducks could would to further impress for more bread.

not sure what to do in the game do we just feed the ducks. maybe add enemies and enemies in the pound and coins system  more duck you get more coins you make  to buy the bread  make the duck avoid  enemies like a big fish   in the pound. add relaxing music too. this game can very fun if u add more stuff to it  :)  and get addicted
